was once a farm. The property was acquired in 2006, named La Casa di Petra and the main building
carefully rebuilt with classic materials. About 20 m southeast was a smaller farmhouse,which after
reconstruction offers the very homely, luxuriously equipped, holiday apartments
L'Oleandro, L'Olivo and Il Gufo.
The houses are located on an eastern slope at a height of approx. 270 m with a panoramic view to the
southeast on Ripatransone, to the north/north east on Montefiore dell'Aso and Massignano.
The apartment house has a terrace on the ground floor for the apartments L'Oleandro and L'Olivo
and in the basement for Il Gufo a portico (covered terrace).
The large garden of approx. 6000 sqm was made accessible and provided with a barbecue.
The bedroom windows, the terrace and the portico offer views of the hills, the Calanchi, the wine-
and our own olive grove with more than 40 olive trees, some almond and fig trees, fruit and nut trees. In the garden above the apartment house you will find the barbecue area with a large table-bench, the best
panorama view on the terrain, the hills and the vineyard slopes and another table-bench in the olive grove.
A large herb garden with a pizza oven is located at the main house.
The bathing beaches of the Riviera delle Palme are 15 minutes away, the Monti Sibillini can be reached
in just over an hour. Good shopping, excellent restaurants and wine cellars are plentiful.
The property is framed on three sides by vineyard slopes and the provincial road (SP75) which is more
than 50 m away. The entrance, with remote-controlled gate, leads directly to the parking lot and the houses.
The distance of more than 200 m to the nearest houses ensures a great rest.
